Vice Provost for Research Dean Madden and Office of Sponsored Projects Director Jill Mortali alerted faculty and staff of a judge formalizing the pause on new National Institutes of Health policy capping indirect costs. The court based its assessment, in large part, on the statements filed in these cases by universities—including the declaration filed by Provost David Kotz.
